Born in Elbistan in 1981, Op. Dr. Münevver Zehra Davutoğlu graduated from Konya Meram Faculty of Medicine after completing her high school education at Ankara Çankaya High School. She completed her specialization in gynecology and obstetrics at Atatürk University and received the title of specialist physician.
