Born in Hilvan, Şanlıurfa in 1987, Dr. Yakup Oflaz completed his primary and secondary education at Hilvan YİBO and his high school education at Şanlıurfa Özel Murat Science High School. He studied medicine at Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine between 2007–2013 and began serving as a physician at Şanlıurfa Suruç Community Health Center in 2013. In 2015, he started Emergency Medicine specialty training at Harran University Faculty of Medicine, further deepening his hands-on expertise in trauma management and triage workflows. Since 2017, he has been accepting patients at Private Lotus Hospital Emergency Department, delivering 24/7 emergency care with a fast, safe, and team‑oriented approach.
